They provide various micronutrients which are specially adapted for this issue, each capsule has seven nutrients with a high dosage.
Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural components of cartilaginous tissue.
The sulphur supports cartilage function and allows the reticulation of collagen proteins’ forming structure.
The organic source of MSM sulphur has anti-inflammatory properties and is present in small quantities on many foods.
Vitamin C and E fight oxidative stress.
Vitamin C and zinc promote collagen production.

Ingredients: 375mg glucosamine sulfate 2KCl, 150mg chondroitin sulfate, 100mg methylsulfonylmethane (of which 34mg sulfur), 20mg vitamin C, 3mg vitamin E, 2.5mg zinc and 0.6mg manganese.
Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Humectant: Glycerin and Purified Water.
Does not contain: Gluten, lactose, artificial flavors, GMO-free, soy, nuts, artificial coloring and preservatives.

Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening daily to a meal with plenty of warer or juice.
