Manuka honey from the mountainous regions of New Zealand and southeastern Australia is an ingredient recognized worldwide and valued for its immense beneficial properties, being one of the most expensive honeys in the world. Honey is used to eliminate pathogens, disinfect wounds and inflammation, support their healing, and alleviate seasonal illnesses that have attracted the attention of the medical and scientific community.
