Vitamin K2 + Vitamin D3 act synergistically to keep bones healthy.
Many dietary supplements contain synthetic vitamin K2 (such as menaquinona-4), which is no longer detectable in the bloodstream after about eight hours.
On the other hand, Vitamin K2 (menaquinona-7) with especially high bioavailability, 100% natural, remains in the bloodstream for up to 72 hours.
With the advantage of having natural vitamin D for calcium metabolism, promoting its fixation in bones and reducing the risk of fractures, which improves the health of bones and joints in general.
Vitamin K primarily plays a very important role in the blood clotting process. However, studies have shown that its functions are far more diverse.
Vitamin K is also important for the utilisation of calcium, which is an important factor for cardiovascular and bone health.
A deficiency can result in a loss of calcium and thus reduce bone density. Studies have shown that vitamin K2 helps to maintain bone density.
Our raw material MenaQ-7 is naturally produced by bacteria through fermentation. This process is a natural source with the highest content of vitamin K2 as long-chain menaquinone-7.
