How to use the Shampoo
Preparation:
Wet your hair well with warm water, as it helps to open the hair cuticles, making cleaning easier.
Application:
Place a small amount of shampoo in the palm of your hands and apply to the scalp. Concentrate mainly on the roots, where oil and impurities accumulate.
Massage:
Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips (avoid using your nails) for 2-3 minutes. Stimulating circulation and promoting effective cleaning.
Rinse:
Rinse well until all the product is removed. Make sure there are no residues left, as they can cause irritation or oiliness.
How to use Shower Gel
Wet the skin:
Wet the body completely with warm water. Helps open pores and prepare the skin for effective cleansing.
Apply shower gel:
Place a quantity of shower gel in the palm of your hand or on a sponge/shower glove. Rub until foam forms before applying to the skin.
Massage the skin:
Spread the shower gel over the body with circular movements, paying special attention to areas that need more cleaning (such as armpits, feet and back).
Rinse well:
Remove all product with warm water. Make sure there are no residues left, which could cause irritation or dry out the skin.
Dry gently:
Use a towel to dry your skin, patting it lightly, rather than rubbing, to avoid irritation.
