Griffonia is described by some as the “natural anti-depressant“, consisting of African black bean seeds which contains a high content of L-5 hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP).

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water (at least 200 ml), along with a snack rich in carbohydrates or sumo. Avoid protein-rich meals directly after ingestion.
