L-Tyrosine, known as the “happiness’ hormone”, is an amino acid that triggers the bio-synthesis of various proteins such as dopamine and other catecholamines, promoting the feeling of pleasure, motivation, humor and increases mental and psychological tolerance to stress.
It is prepared to supply the lack of protein during intense phases of concentration or training.
The lack of this amino acid in the body is originated by lack of meat in the diet, as it is difficult to find this protein in a vegetarian diet.
