Melatonin is a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle – a daily pattern that determines when it’s time to sleep and when it’s time to wake up.
This hormone is produced in the brain and its secretion depends on light: darkness causes the body to produce more melatonin, signaling it to prepare for sleep; on the other hand light decreases melatonin production and signals the body to prepare to stay awake.

Other ingredients: water, thickener: xylitol (25%) and xanthan gum, natural flavor: blackcurrant, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Take 1 spray daily just before going to bed. Spray directly into the mouth, under the tongue.
Shake well before each use. The first time you use it, press the pump 3 times to let the liquid flow. Clean the spray head after each use. Use within 6 months of opening.
