D-Mannose is a simple sugar like glucose, natural, purely vegetarian, made from high quality birch bark and free of side effects.
Helps in the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infections and incidence of bladder inflammation by eliminating E. coli bacteria (Escherichia Cole).
It is a dietary food, very well tolerable and suitable for adults, children, diabetics and pregnant women.
D-Mannose is filtered by the kidneys, forwarded to the bladder, and then excreted in the urine.
North American clinical studies indicate that it cures 90% of all urinary tract infection in a few days, therefore is very effective.
