Dopamine is a neurotransmitter responsible for carrying information from the brain to various parts of the body.
L-dopa is a precursor to dopamine, an important neurotransmitter in the human brain.
The substance is known as one of the hormones of happiness and when released it causes a feeling of pleasure, satisfaction and increases motivation.
Dopamine is also known as the “motivation molecule”.
Dopamine is involved in the control of motor, mental and emotional reactions. But it also plays an important role in regulating the cardiovascular system, food intake and hormone secretion(1).
L-dopa can cross the hematoencephalic axis to be later converted into dopamine in the brain(2). In some scientific studies, the positive effects of L-dopa can be achieved in patients with restless legs syndrome(3).
In addition, dopamine acts on cognitive processes, increasing memory and attention levels, helping to control movements, promoting gut health and contributing to increased muscle mass.
Vitamin E is a group of fat-soluble substances that are essential for human health. Since the body cannot produce them itself, a sufficient intake is important. Vitamin E is contained in nuts and vegetable oils. The vitamin E contained in L-Dopa+ 105 mg capsules in the form of D-α-tocopheryl acetate already covers 83 % of the daily recommended intake and thus ideally protects your cells from oxidative stress.
