This gives the magnesium a particularly lipophilic structure, allowing it to enter the cells better than other magnesium compounds, including non-acetylated magnesium taurate
Unique feature: In contrast to other types of magnesium, magnesium acetyltaurinate can easily cross the blood-brain barrier and thus reaches a larger proportion of the brain, where it can penetrate neuronal cells
